Corporate 3rd Office, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT) has been appointed to handle registration for ICMBE2024.

Notice/Caution
If you receive an e-mail or call from a company claiming that they will help your registration for ICMBE2024, it is a SCAM. Please do not send your credit card details under any circumstances. The Organizing Committee has nothing to do with those approaches.

・All participants are subject to register online in advance or on-site at the venue.
・All presenters are required to register and settle the registration fee by the deadline of the Early Bird registration in order to secure a presentation.
・Onsite Registration is available only ONLINE from the "Online registration" button on the bottom of this page.

(1) Registration Fee for the Conference includes followings:

*Admission to all technical sessions from Sep. 9 to Sep. 13.
*Extended Abstracts (will be provided on the electronic material)
*Welcome Reception
*Daily Coffee-breaks
*Lunch (Sep. 9, 10, and 12)
(2) Students are required to submit a copy of valid student ID upon registration.

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to ICMBE2024 Registration Desk with your name and registration number.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00–17:00 (JST=GMT/UCT+9) except the National Holidays in Japan. Cancellations made after working hours will be processed on the next working day.
